Making music, diving, windsurfing, sailing, swimming and skiing. He also participated in car races several times.
Occupation
Founder and member of the management team of the company Levi9 Global Sourcing. A company which now also has offices abroad including in Ukraine’s Kiev. The company is a partner from Amsterdam Vondel Capital. Prince Bernhard is responsible for marketing and expansion of the business. He is also a partner in VondelCapital in Amsterdam.
Prince Bernhard is the founder of Lymph & Co. This foudation , started in October 2014, will
raise funding for fundamental research about the biology and treatment of lymphoma
and create awareness about the disease. The prince has also been undergoing treatment for lymphoma in 2013

He also has the following Public appointments: Member of the Board of the Ubbo Emmius Fund from the Groningen University , Member of the Board of the Piet Hein Foundation which maintains and operates the vessel of that name,  Member of the Supervisory Board of Rotterdam Zoo

Member of the Nashuatec Innovations Board , Member of the Supervisory Board of Jitscale. He also has honorary appointments. He is a member of the Committee of recommendation Voluntary Service Overseas Netherlands, Utrecht (2003) and Member of the Board of Trustees of the International Institute for Communication and Development, The Hague.
